Director of Early Learning Centre

  • Commencement Date: June 2025
  • Permanent Position: 2-3 days per week

Wyong Christian Community School is a wonderful school with a fantastic community. Set on 28 acres in a beautiful semi-rural setting, we have been building God’s Kingdom for 32 years.

We have a strong desire to serve the community, and as such, our ministry is expanding into early years learning. We are in the process of establishing an Early Learning Centre which will be located on a newly refurbished second Campus in Wyong.

Applications are invited from experienced and qualified professionals for the Director of Early Learning Centre with a strong commitment to Christian Education. The preferred candidate will be enthusiastic, keen to engage and inspire our students, enabling them to achieve their God-given potential.

The Director of Early Learning Centre position will initially focus on setting up the Centre for the commencement of operations at the beginning of 2027. This will include establishing curriculum, compliance, policies and processes, recruitment of new staff and advising in areas of building works, budgets and marketing.

The position will be 2 to 3 days per week to prepare for the Centre's opening. It is the intention that once operational, the position will become full-time. Any applicant who is only interested in the initial set-up stage of the ELC would still be encouraged to apply.
